Koh Samui
Koh Samui is located 700 km from Bangkok on the South-East coast in the Gulf of Thailand. Hotels, Guesthouses and resorts can be found all along Samui's white sandy beaches.
Chaweng is the most popular with a famous nightlife and an area that is strewn with superb restaurants and bars which create a buzzing atmosphere throughout the town. You can't escape the music, excitement or its' exotic fever when you stroll down the main strip. During the daytime, Chaweng beach is horded with people sunbathing and sipping on fresh fruit shakes while others are getting a relaxing Thai massage under the shade of their beach-side huts.
   
Lamai is a more relaxed area with its' fair share of commerciality but you can find some excellent beach house resorts with their own bars overlooking the ocean so you don't need to go very far to entertain yourself.
Everywhere in Lamai is within walking distance, so leisurely strolls along the beach with your feet in the sea to find a nice place to eat is a pleasure in itself.
Maenam, Bhoput and Chong Mon beaches are less crowded and developed than the others mentioned. They can be found in the North area of the island which is still rich with natural habitat. Keep an eye out for some of the extraordinary wildlife that can be spotted whilst exploring. Take a day adventure to Na Muang and Hin Lad's stunning waterfalls and you will discover the real beauty of Samui Island.

Koh Pha Ngan
Koh Pha Ngan is located 700km from Bangkok in the Changsawat Suratthani province of South-East Thailand. Krabi
Krabi is situated 946 km from Bangkok in the south of Thailand. This area of the country is lush with moist evergreen rainforests. There are so many National Parks to visit and activities to do. This is a great place to go Rock climbing, Sea Kayaking, Jungle Trekking, Diving & snorkeling or for something less active, Bird watching. There are many postcard beaches around the Krabi area with Ao Nang being the most popular. There are two beaches at Hat Rai Le which are surrounded from both sides by towering limestone cliffs, making the area isolated from the mainland - only accessible by boat. Pra Nang Beach (Princess Cave Beach) next door to Rai Le is an area with limestone scenery, which dominates the entire region offering a fascinating network of cave systems, both inland and along the coastline. Phra Nang Beach (Princess Cave Beach) is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and so many Hollywood movies have been shot there. Night life in Krabi is made of bars catering to foreigners with your usual karaoke, live music venues and discotheques.

The Phi Phi Islands
The Phi Phi islands are located 950 km from Bangkok of the coast of Phuket in the south of Thailand between Phuket island and the Andaman sea. They are made up of 6 islands with the most popular being Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Lee ( Phi Phi Leh).Phi Phi Leh was made famous by the movie "The Beach". As you can imagine, development has been swift too, with many new establishments opening to the demand of the increased amount of tourists who want to stay on the island each year.
Phi Phi island is still considered to be one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Limestone mountains and cliffs, caves and white sandy beaches make up the golden tropical picturesque scenery that blesses these islands. Its nature and fauna beam with wonder and serenity. The coral and marine life that live around the crystal blue waters are a magnetic attraction for passionate divers and snorkelers from all over the world. The nightlife is excellent at Tonsai Bay if you want to enjoy yourself with the stars smiling down on you. Away from the bay, if fancy something with a bit more energy, you can find places playing techno sounds and people in their party mode.

Koh Lanta
Koh Lanta is located 946 km from Bangkok in southern Thailand. It is a district of Krabi Province. It has a plethora of attractions and activities such as Koh Lanta National Park, Lanta Old Town, Khao Mai Kaew Caves, Fishing, Kayaking and trekking. Also diving and snorkeling are NOT the experiences you want to miss whilst here for the diving sites surrounding Ko Lanta are considered by many to be among some of the best the country has to offer. There is a wide variety of fringing reefs, marine life, caves, rocks and islets. Daeng and Hin Muang near Ko Lanta are perhaps the best dive sites in Thailand (ranking in the world's top ten).
The sites also have one of the world's highest incidences of whale shark sightings. Since it is a small island relatively free of crime and drunkards, the local law-enforcers are more lenient about allowing bars along the beach to stay open until what time they wish, and that is usually when the last customer goes home.

Koh Chang
Koh Chang is located 330 km from Bangkok off the coast of Trat province which is in the Eastern part of Thailand.You can find a plethora of diverse floral and fauna on this island, along with wild monkeys that sit and people watch whilst sitting in the tropical mangroves. Koh Chang is the second biggest island in Thailand which boasts some of most natural beaches you can find, such as White sand beach, Klong Prao, Kai Bae, Lonely beach and Long beach. Some spectacular waterfalls are to be seen on Koh Chang with Khlong Neung said to be the most breathtaking. On the east side of the island you have Khlong Nongsi, Kongnoi are the 5 waterfalls located near Bangbao. Khlon Plu is the most popular, and the only one on the west side of the island.
Namtok Khlong Phlu is the largest waterfall on Koh Chang with the most overwhelming beauty. It has water cascading down 3 tiers of the cliff to a basin. The entrance is located 3 km. from Ao Khlong Phrao. Nightlife on Koh Chang is slowly increasing but most people gather at the resorts' bars on the sandy beaches to listen to the sound of the waves and to absorb the tranquility and serenity.
